What's included
Once your system is switched on, your account receives a reading for every day: what the panels generated and what went back to the grid. A performance figure compares the last 30 days with the estimate in your quote.
If something looks wrong you open a service request from the same screen. A technician takes it, books a visit with you if one is needed and writes down what was done. You can reopen it within 14 days if the fix does not hold.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years from the day we switch you on.
