How long from quote to switch-on?
Usually four to eight weeks. The survey can be booked the day after the deposit; Western Power approval is the longest wait; the install itself takes one day.
Do I pay everything up front?
No. 10% deposit when you accept, 50% when the grid approves the system and 40% after the install.
What if something breaks?
Workmanship is covered for 10 years. Open a service request in your account and a technician will take it.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. Every inverter we fit can be paired with a battery later, and the rebate still applies.
Do you install for landlords?
Yes, the account just needs to belong to the owner of the property and the meter number has to match the address.
