A red light is not always a fault. What the common messages mean and when to raise a service request.
Most inverter messages clear on their own.
Grid voltage too high Common on hot afternoons in streets with lots of solar. The inverter pauses and restarts. If it happens every day, tell us; we can ask Western Power to check the transformer.
Isolation fault Usually moisture after heavy rain. If it does not clear by midday, raise a service request.
No display at all Check the solar isolator next to the inverter and the circuit breaker in your switchboard.
When in doubt, open a request with a photo of the screen. A technician takes it, usually the same day.
