Two technicians arrive, check the survey notes and set up edge protection if you have two storeys.
Morning
Rails and panels go on the roof. The inverter is mounted near the switchboard.
Around lunch
The power is off for about an hour while we connect the switchboard.
Afternoon
We test the system, record the inverter serial and show you the app. The final invoice is raised the same day.
After that
Western Power swaps your meter, usually within two weeks. We switch the system on and your daily readings start to appear in your account.
